The
Best International Video
and the Best Animation Shorts
Great
success for the Fourth edition of Kaleidoshorts, the Short Films
Festival, as always organised by Italian Nights.
This year, continuing
on the succesful collaboration from last year, the event was again
hosted at the Italian Cultural Institute, in Mayfair. For this edition,
Italian Nights went for innovation and fully changed the Festival
format introducing beautiful Animation works. Therefore 8 shorts
were presented divided in 2 categories for Best International and
Best Animation awards. The screening of the works was preceeded
from the short movie Round selected from the Italian Nights jury
as Best short not "in concorso". The large audience (over
100 people) was captivated by the originality and the creativity
of the works presented and expressed great interest for this event.
And, of course, winners had to be selected by casting votes straight
after the screening. |
And
the winners are:
Congratulations
to the directors of the winning shorts, their names will be engraved
in the Kaleidoshorts Hall of Fame.
And congratulations
also to the directors of the other shorts presented at the night - their
works were received very well and valued as very entertaining, you can
