Terms & Conditions How many photos can I submit? You can submit up to 5 photos taken with your mobile phone, point&shoot camera or semiprofessional camera. How do I submit my photos? Simply send an email at fluidcity@italiannights.org attaching your photos and the receipt number you will be sent by Pay Pal on completion on the donation process. What
formats and sizes can I submit? Entries will have to be submitted
as Jpg with a minimum resolution of ~ 3504 x 2336 (8MP). The author will
retain the full copyright of the submitted photographs which will be used. Calibration
and colour Images must be colour profiled/corrected using a calibrated
monitor and utilising Adobe RGB 98 colour space before submission. There
are no limitations for software corrected images (e.g. Photoshop). Labelling: The file should carry your name and the title and the key subject (e.g. JownGeraldDurrell.eagle.jpg). Please label all images using the same format. What is the submission deadline? It's 25th April. The selected photos will be put on display at the event's night. How much is the donation for entering the competion? The donation is £5. Will this donation include the jazz concert? Yes. Will all my photos be printed? No, only the ones selected to be displayed on the event night will be printed. Notification: The shortlisted photographers will be notified by Italian Nights. The results will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Italian Culture Institute, 39 Belgrave Square, London SW1X 8NX on May 12. Copyright & Reproduction: You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright for all images entered. You will retain copyright of your entries at all time and always be credited alongside your picture. By entering your images into the competition, you grant permission to Italian Nights for a licence to reproduce and print the images in connection with the competition for the following purposes:

Who will select the photos to be displayed? The members of Italian Nights and Nigel Coke. What is the prize? A one to one session with Nigel Coke. Nigel is a well known photographer whose work is on display at the National Portrait Gallery and books from the Italian Bookshop.
